5.2.1 Failed Payment Retry Authorization

If a scheduled payment fails (due to insufficient funds, expired card, or any other reason), you authorize Crowned Credit and our payment processors to attempt to charge your payment method up to four (4) additional times within sixteen (16) days of the initial failure, in accordance with card network rules. Retry attempts will be scheduled at times we determine are most likely to succeed. 5.3 Refunds

Refund eligibility: Crowned Credit offers a tiered Deletion Guarantee based on plan. Essential plans: if Crowned Credit completes four (4) full dispute rounds and zero negative items have been deleted and zero late payment marks have been removed from the Client's credit reports, the Client may request a full refund. Accelerated and Momentum plans: if Crowned Credit completes three (3) full dispute rounds and zero negative items have been deleted and zero late payment marks have been removed, the Client may request a full refund. A dispute round is defined as a complete dispute cycle initiated and a response received from each of the three major credit bureaus. To remain eligible, Client must maintain active service through all required rounds and provide required documentation in a timely manner. Third-party fees (e.g., SmartCredit monitoring) are non-refundable.
